1. Who is responsible

C&LN Legal & Compliance Services S.C. ("C&LN"), located at Parque de Andalucía 2B, Parques de la Herradura, Huixquilucan, Estado de México, C.P. 52786, is responsible for processing your personal data under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable rules.

2. What data we process and how we obtain it

This website has no forms, creates no accounts and uses no tracking cookies. We do not collect personal data through the website.

We only process the data you choose to send us when you write or call us by WhatsApp, email or phone, for example: your name, phone number or WhatsApp username, email address and the information you share about your case (such as details of your property, business or company and your pending procedures).

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, bank details or passwords through these channels. Please do not send them.

3. What we use your data for

We use your data for these purposes, which are necessary to assist you:

To reply to your message or call.
To give you initial guidance and schedule calls.
To assess your case and, if you hire us, provide the service and manage your procedures before the authorities.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not transfer your data to third parties, except:

To the authorities before which, on your instruction, we manage your procedures, as far as necessary.
When a competent authority requires it by law.

To communicate with you we use WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and email (Google Workspace). These providers process information under their own privacy notices.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights write to datos@cnlmx.com and include:

your name and a way to reply to you;
a clear description of your request;
documents proving your identity or your representative's.

We will reply within the time limits set by law.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes of this notice and to comply with legal obligations. After that we delete or block it as the law requires.

7. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data.

8. Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we will publish the updated version on this page with its date.

9. Data protection authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may go to the competent authority under the law in force.
